📣 Exciting News! MHREC are holding two workshops sessions as part of its Empowering Children: Building a Rights Respecting Community Campaign.

This campaign is part of the MHREC Strengthening Children’s Rights Advocacy through International Training project that is partly funded by the Government of Malta Social Causes Fund.

🗓️ Monday 1st July 2024

📍 Location: Dar P Magri, Triq Mons. Carmello Zammit, L-Imsida

🕕 10:30- 13:00
📍 Location: Ronald McDonald House Charities,Triq Wileg Qawra, SPB 1922

Please note that both workshops are identical in terms of content. The intention is to offer the workshop on two separate occasions to cater for different availability.

The workshop agenda items include: 

  • Introduction to Children’s Rights  – An in-depth session covering the fundamental aspects of children’s rights 
  • Roundtable: Applying Children’s Rights in the Community  – A roundtable discussion aimed at practical application. MHREC will present 5-6 questions to guide our discussion and explore how best to implement these rights within our communities.
