
As part of it’s “Strengthening Children’s Rights Advocacy through International Training” project; MHREC are excited to welcome you to it’s Empowering Children: Building a Rights-Respecting Community Campaign.
The project was kicked off with a MHREC team member’s participation in the “Children’s Rights” course at Malmo University, Sweden. MHREC is disseminating the knowledge to MHREC team and the wider community through an awareness campaign in an effort to promote and protect children’s rights in Malta.

Virtual Launch
On 15th June 2024, MHREC held a virtual launch of the campaign.

Public Talk & Closing Event
MHREC invited interested individuals to participate in a public talk and closing event on 28th September.

Workshops
Exciting News! MHREC are holding two workshops sessions (in July & August) as part of its Empowering Children: Building a Rights Respecting Community Campaign.

Art Competition
MHREC were thrilled to invite individuals up to 18 years of age to take part in our art competition, ‘My Human Rights’

This activity was part of the project “Strengthening Children’s Rights Advocacy through International Training”. Partly funded by the Government of Malta Social Causes Fund.
