Welcome back to MHREC’s The ABCs of Human Rights: A Community Voice Project.
In September and October, MHREC had the pleasure to work with communities in Malta and Gozo with its The ABCs of Human Rights: A Community Voice Project session at Ronald McDonald House Charities in Qawra and the Volunteer Centre in Xewkija, Gozo.
The ABCs of Human Rights sessions brought communities together to explore human rights in a creative and accessible way. Through interactive discussions, participants discussed key human rights principles using simple, relatable concepts, transforming complex ideas into everyday understanding.

The ABCs of Human Rights: A Community Voice Project is built on this simple idea: that knowing our rights helps us use them, defend them, and make sure they are upheld for everyone.
This non-formal learning opportunity is co-funded under Erasmus+ through the Directorate for Lifelong Learning and Employability (DLE) within the Ministry for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation (MEYR).
